Most scans are bulk billed - no cost to you

As a bulk billing practice, we directly bill Medicare for the majority of examinations, which means you walk away without paying anything out-of-pocket. Medicare covers the full cost of most diagnostic imaging services when you have a valid referral from your healthcare provider.

Transparent communication about any costs

For the small number of specialized procedures where there may be a gap between our service fee and the Medicare rebate, our caring team will explain all costs upfront when you book your appointment. We believe in complete transparency - you'll know exactly what's covered and what isn't before you arrive.

Make sure you're fully covered:

• Valid Medicare card - bring your current card or have your Medicare number ready
• Referral from your doctor - required for Medicare coverage
• Healthcare cards (if applicable) - Pension, Health Care, DVA, or Student cards for additional benefits

We handle the paperwork for you

When Medicare covers your examination, we process the rebate directly, so you don't need to worry about claims or reimbursements. For procedures with gap payments, we'll explain:

• The total cost of your examination
• How much Medicare will rebate
• Any out-of-pocket amount (if applicable)
• Payment options available to you
