Booking your appointment is simple and straightforward. Complete our secure online booking form and one of our friendly team members will contact you within 24 hours to confirm a suitable date and time that works for your schedule. You'll need to upload a photo of your referral during the booking process - don't worry, we accept all referrals, regardless of which practice or radiology provider issued them.
What to bring to your appointment
- A referral from your GP, specialist or healthcare professional
- Medicare card (if applicable)
- Healthcare card (if applicable)
- Pension card (if applicable)
- Department of Veterans' Affairs card (if applicable)
- Any previous imaging results or films
- A list of current medications (for contrast procedures)
